Privacy
This website is a set of static files. There is no account system, no database, no content management system and no server-side code of our own. Opening a page does not create a record anywhere in our systems.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics, advertising, heat-mapping or session-recording tools are installed.
- No fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets are loaded from third-party servers. Everything the pages need is stored beside them.
- No form on this site transmits or stores your information.
- Nothing is saved on your device. When you switch language, your place on the page travels in the link itself, so no cookie or browser storage is needed.
The enquiry form
The project form on the home page runs entirely in your browser. When you select “Open this in my email”, it assembles the text you typed into a message and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and nothing you typed is stored by this website. If you close the page instead, the text is gone.
Once you do send an email to hello@99labs.ai, that message sits in an ordinary mailbox and is handled like any other business correspondence: read, replied to, and kept while it is relevant to a possible or active project. Please do not send passwords, financial details or confidential client records by email.
Hosting
This site is served by Hostinger. Like any web host, Hostinger keeps its own technical logs of requests, typically the IP address, the time and the file requested, for operation and security. That processing belongs to Hostinger and is covered by their privacy policy, not by this notice. We do not add analytics or tracking of our own on top of it, and we do not read those logs to profile anyone.
The same files also work opened directly from a computer, with no server involved at all. Nothing on the page behaves differently either way.
Your rights
Because this site stores nothing, there is nothing here to access, correct or erase. For anything you have emailed us, write to hello@99labs.ai and ask; correspondence is deleted on request unless we are required to keep it.
External links
Links to logvoice.co, the App Store or other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover them.
Accessibility
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and controls meet contrast requirements in every colour band on the site.
- Everything works with a keyboard, and the focus outline is always visible.
- Headings run in order, images carry descriptive alternative text, and form fields have real labels.
- Enlarged screenshots close with the Escape key.
- Motion is limited, and the one animated sequence is switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
- The whole site is available in English and French. Screenshots keep the language of the original work.
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a claim of perfect compliance. If something on this site stops you using it, email hello@99labs.ai with the page and what happened, and it will be fixed.
Standards we build to
The same standards apply to client work, not only to this site.
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, with Ontario’s AODA requirements in mind for businesses that fall under them.
- Privacy notices written to describe what a site actually does, with PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25 in mind: stated purpose, real consent, and a working route to see, correct or delete personal data.
- English and French versions of public-facing pages where they are needed.
- Dependency updates and security patches, continuing under Care + Growth after launch.
- For any AI feature: documented inputs, a human approval step before anything reaches a customer, and a predictable running cost.
